Little Things with Lyrics by One Direction

Take Me Home One Direction

Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me
but bear this mind it was meant to be and i'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks and it all makes sense to me

i know you've never loved the crinkles by your eyes
when you smile you've never loved, your stomach or your thighs the dimples in your back at the bottom of your spine But i'll love them endlessly

I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
But if i do, it's you, oh it's you, they add up to
i'm in love with you and all these little things

You can't go to bed without a cup of tea
maybe that's the reason that you talk in your sleep
and all those conversations are the secrets that i keep though it makes no sense to me

i know you've never loved the sound of your voice on tape
you never want to know how much you weigh
you still have to squeeze into your jeans
but you're perfect to me

i won't let this little things slips out of my mouth
But if it's true, it's you, it's you, they add up to
I'm in love with you and all these little things

you'll never love yourself half as much as i love you
you'll never treat yourself right darling but i want you to
if i let you know, i'm here for you
maybe you'll love yourself like i love you oh

i've just let these little things slips out of my mouth
cause it's you, oh it's you, it's you they add up to
and i'm in love with you (and all these little things)
I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
but if it's true, it's you, it's you they add up to
I'm in love with you, and all your little things.

Someone Like You Adele Lyrics

Someone Like You Adele

I heard, that you're settled down.
That you, found a girl and your married now.

I heard that your dreams came true.
Guess she gave you things, I didn't give to you.

Old friend, why are you so shy?
Ain't like you to hold it back or hide from the light.

I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited, but I couldn't stay away,
I couldn't fight it.
I'd hoped you'd see my face & that you'd be reminded,
That for me, it isn't over.

Nevermind, I'll find someone like you.
I wish nothing but the best, for you too.
Don't forget me, I beg, I remember you said:-
"Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead"
Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead, yeah.

You'd know, how the time flies.
Only yesterday, was the time of our lives.
We were born and raised in a summer haze.
Bound by the surprise of our glory days.

I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited,
But I couldn't stay away, I couldn't fight it.
I'd hoped you'd see my face & that you'd be reminded,
That for me, it isn't over.

Nevermind, I'll find someone like you.
I wish nothing but the best for you too.
Don't forget me, I beg, I remember you say:-
"Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead", yay.

Nothing compares, no worries or cares.
Regret's and mistakes they're memories made.
Who would have known how bittersweet this would taste?

Nevermind, I'll find someone like you.
I wish nothing but the best for you.
Don't forget me, I beg, I remember you said:-
"Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead"

Nevermind, I'll find someone like you.
I wish nothing but the best for you too.
Don't forget me, I beg, I remembered you say:-
"Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead"
Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead, yay yeh yeah.

Someone Like You Adele"Someone Like You" is a song by English singer-songwriter Adele written by Adele and Dan Wilson for her second studio album 21. The pop ballad was inspired by a broken relationship, and lyrically it speaks of Adele coming to terms with it. XL Recordings released the song as the second single from the album on 24 January 2011 in the United Kingdom and on 9 August 2011 in the United States. Accompanied only by a piano in the song (played by co-writer Wilson), Adele sings about the end of the relationship with her ex-boyfriend. The song received positive reviews from music critics who chose the song as a highlight of the album and praised the lyrics, its simple sound and Adele's vocal performance.

Following a well-received performance of the song at the 2011 BRIT Awards, "Someone Like You" became Adele's first number one single in the United Kingdom and it stayed on the top of the chart for five weeks. The song also topped the charts in Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Italy, France and Switzerland, and has become Adele's second number one in the United States. With that achievement Adele became the first female British solo singer in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 to have two number ones from the same album. In July 2011, it became the first single of the decade to sell a million units in the United Kingdom and it was certified Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI), as well as being certified 5× platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in the United States.

I’m Yours Lyrics

I'm Yours Lyrics Jason Mraz

Well you done done me
and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill
but you're so hot that I melted

I fell right through the cracks,
now I'm trying to get back

Before the cool done run out
I'll be giving it my bestest
And nothing's going to stop me
but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn
to win some or learn some

But I won't hesitate no more,
no more It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn, you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love love

Listen to the music of the moment people, dance and sing
We're just one big family
And it's our God-forsaken right to be loved loved loved loved loved

So I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm sure
There's no need to complicate, our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

D-d-do do you, but do you, d-d-do
But do you want to come on
Scooch on over closer dear
And I will nibble your ear

Whooooaaaa!

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
But my breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and I laughed

I guess what I be saying is there ain't no better reason
To rid yourself of vanities and just go with the seasons
It's what we aim to do, our name is our virtue

But I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

(I won't hesitate)
Open up your mind and see like me
(No more, no more)
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find that the sky is yours
(It cannot wait, I'm sure)

So please don't, please don't, please don't
(There's no need to complicate)
There's no need to complicate
(Our time is short)
'Cause our time is short
(This is our fate)
This is, this is, this is our fate
I'm yours

I'm Yours Lyrics Jason Mraz"I'm Yours" is the first single released by Jason Mraz from his third studio album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. The song was originally released on a limited edition EP called Extra Credit as a demo in 2005 to promote his second studio album Mr. A–Z. It was performed in his 2004 and 2005 gigs and already became a crowd favorite before its release. "I'm Yours" was nominated for Grammy Award for Song of the Year and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance at the 51st Grammy Awards. It was also used for the Australian Seven Network's promotion of the season premiere of Packed to the Rafters.

"I'm Yours" was immensely successful in the U.S. on the Billboard charts. At 76 weeks on the Hot 100, it holds the record for most weeks spent on the chart, breaking the previous record of 69 weeks set by LeAnn Rimes' song "How Do I Live" in 1998. It is as of January 2012 the eighth best selling digital song of all time in the U.S., selling over 6 million downloads. It remains Mraz's biggest hit single in the USA. Mraz sang a version of the song on Sesame Street, instead of "I'm Yours" the song was titled, "Outdoors." Mraz also made a remixed version featuring Lil Wayne and Jah Cure, which also gained success.

Hey Soul Sister Lyrics

Hey Soul Sister lyrics

Hey, hey, hey

Your lipstick stains
on the front lobe of my
left side brains

I knew I wouldn't forget you,
and so I went and let you
blow my mind

Your sweet moving,
the smell of you in every single dream I dream

I knew when we collided,
you're the one I have decided
who's one of my kind

Hey soul sister,
ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo,
the way you move ain't fair, you know!

Hey soul sister,
I don't want to miss a single thing you do…
tonight

Hey, hey, hey

Just in time,
I'm so glad you have a one-track mind
like me

You gave my life direction,
a game show love connection
we can't deny

I'm so obsessed,
my heart is bound to beat right out my untrimmed chest

I believe in you,
like a virgin, you're Madonna,
and I'm always gonna wanna blow your mind

Hey soul sister,
ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo,
the way you move ain't fair, you know!

Hey soul sister,
I don't want to miss a single thing you do…
tonight

The way you can cut a rug,
watching you's the only drug I need
So gangsta, I'm so thug,
you're the only one I'm dreaming of
You see, I can be myself now finally,
in fact there's nothing I can't be
I want the world to see you be
with me

Hey soul sister,
ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo,
the way you move ain't fair, you know!

Hey soul sister,
I don't want to miss a single thing you do tonight,

Hey soul sister,
I don't want to miss a single thing you do…
tonight

Hey, hey, hey

Tonight

Hey, hey, hey

Tonight

Somebody That I Use To Know Lyrics

Somebody That I Use to Know by Gotye

[Gotye:]
Now and then I think of when we were together
Like when you said you felt so happy you could die
I told myself that you were right for me
But felt so lonely in your company
But that was love and it's an ache I still remember

You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end, always the end
So when we found that we could not make sense
Well you said that we would still be friends
But I'll admit that I was glad it was over

But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger and that feels so rough
No you didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records and then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

[Kimbra:]
Now and then I think of all the times you screwed me over
But had me believing it was always something that I'd done
But I don't wanna live that way
Reading into every word you say
You said that you could let it go
And I wouldn't catch you hung up on somebody that you used to know

[Gotye:]

[x2]
Somebody
(I used to know)
Somebody
(Now you're just somebody that I used to know)

(I used to know)
(That I used to know)
(I used to know)
Somebody

Over You With Lyrics

Miranda Lambert Over You with Lyrics

Weather man said it's gonna snow
By now I should be used to the cold
Mid-February shouldn't be so scary
It was only December
I still remember the presents, the tree, you and me

But you went away
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I'll be OK
But I'm not going to ever get over you

Living alone here in this place
I think of you, and I'm not afraid

Your favorite records make me feel better
Cause you sing along
With every song
I know you didn't mean to give them to me

But you went away
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I'll be OK
But I'm not going to ever get over you

It really sinks in, you know, when I see it in stone

Cause you went away,
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I'll be OK
But I'm not going to ever get over you

Miranda Lambert Over You with Lyrics"Over You" is a country ballad written by Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton about a personal experience Shelton had as a teenager when his older brother was killed in a car accident. According to Lambert, she decided to record the song because of Shelton's emotional connection to the song: "Blake said he couldn’t record it for himself or sing it onstage every night, but he would be honored for me to."

It was released in January 2012 as the second single from Lambert's fourth studio album, Four the Record.

Lambert performed the song at the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards on April 1, 2012.

Mean Taylor Swift Lyrics

Mean Taylor Swift Lyrics

You, with your words like knives
And swords and weapons that you use against me.

You, have knocked me off my feet again Got me feeling like a nothing

You, with your voice like nails on a chalkboard Calling me out when I'm wounded

You, picking on the weaker man.

Well you can take me down

With just one single blow

But you don't know what you don't know

Someday I'll be living in a big old city

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Someday I'll be big enough so you can't hit me

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Why you gotta be so mean?

You, with your switching sides

And your walk by lies

And your humiliation

You, have pointed out my flaws again

As if I don't already see them

I walk with my head down

Tying to block you out

Cause I'll never impress you

I just want to feel okay again

I'll bet you got pushed around

Somebody made you cold

But the cycle ends right now

Cause you can't lead me down that road

And you don't know what you don't know

Someday I'll be living in a big old city

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Someday I'll be big enough so you can't hit me

And all you're ever gonna be is mean
Why you gotta be so mean?

And I can see it years from now in a bar

Talking over a football game

With that same loud opinion

But nobody's listening

Washed up and ranting about the same old bitter things

Drunk and roaming all about how I can't sing

But all you are is mean

All you are is mean, and a liar, and pathetic, and alone in life
And mean (4 times)

But someday I'll be living in a big old city

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Yeah
Someday I'll be big enough so you can't hit me

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Why you gotta be so mean?

Someday I'll be living in a big old city

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Someday I'll be big enough so you can't hit me

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Why you gotta be so mean?

Rolling in the Deep Lyrics

Rolling in the Deep Lyrics

There's a fire starting in my heart,
Reaching a fever pitch
and it's bringing me out the dark.

Finally I can see you crystal clear
Go ahead and sell me out
and I'll lay your shi? bare.

See how I'll leave,
with every piece of you
Don't underestimate
the things that I will do.

There's a fire starting in my heart,
Reaching a fever pitch and it's bring me out the dark.

The scars of your love, remind me of us.
They keep me thinking that we almost had it all
The scars of your love, they leave me breathless
I can't help feeling

We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside of your hands
And you played it to the beat

Baby I have no story to be told
But I've heard one of you and I'm gonna make your head burn,
Think of me in the depths of your despair
Making a home down there as mine sure won't be shared

The scars of your love, remind you of us.
They keep me thinking that we almost had it all
The scars of your love, they leave me breathless
I can't help feeling

We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep

You had my heart inside of your hands
And you played it to the beat

We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside of your hands
But you played it with a beating

Throw your soul threw every open door
Count your blessings to find what you look for
Turn my sorrow into treasured gold
You pay me back in kind and reap just what you sow

(I wish you never gonna miss you)
We could of had it all
We could of had it all (I wish you never gonna miss you)
It all (3 times)

We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside of your hands
And you played it to the beat
We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside of your hands

But you played it,
You played it,
You played it
You played it to the beat
